The characteristic of this stage is to use the statistical principle to carry out quality control between production processes, prevent nonconformities and inspect the quality of products. In terms of mode, the responsible person is also transferred from full-time inspection personnel to professional quality control engineers and technicians.

2. Cable spool quality inspection stage.

The control box shall be strictly inspected to ensure the quality of products transferred to the next process and delivered. The characteristics of full-time inspection are "separation of three powers", that is, standards are formulated; someone is responsible for manufacturing; There are full-time personnel to inspect the quality of products. The essence of this practice is to divide waste products into different grades. Although this has a certain effect on the factory quality

The payoff reel is made of steel plate, reinforcement and channel steel (the blanking size is determined by itself). Its structural design is as follows: channel steel is symmetrically placed into a circle as the bottom fixed support foot, and two steel plates are used to make a rotary disc. The upper part is a rotary disc surface, the lower part is a fixed disc surface. The fixed disc surface is welded to the channel steel surface, and a steel bar is used to make a central rod. One end of the thread can be screwed into the central bearing screw opening of the rotary disc, one end is made into a ring buckle to facilitate the lifting of mechanical equipment.
