For the calculation of the length of wire
and cable wound on the reel, in our cable industry, there has never been a
universal calculation method. Now let's introduce the calculation method of
wire reel.
Common calculation methods include:
1: Volume
calculation method.
2: Integral
calculation method.
3: Layered
calculation method.
These methods are not absolutely accurate
or inaccurate, and there will always be some deviation in the actual process of
wire take-up. The main reasons for the deviation are: 1: the outer diameter of
the cable is not the ideal circle, 2: the tightness of the flat cable, 3:
jumper may occur in the process of the flat cable, 4: the space gap between the
flat cable and the end face of the side plate is uneven, etc.
Since each theoretical calculation method
may be different from the actual take-up length, I choose a theoretical
calculation method, combined with the data obtained in the past, so as to
minimize the error value.
1: In the above
calculation methods, choose a relatively simple method: volume calculation
method.
Volume calculation method. Its theoretical
basis is: the length of the wound cable=the usable volume of the reel/the
sectional area of the cable * the empirical coefficient.
2: Refer to the
empirical value of actual take-up length of previous wire and cable plants. The
following table is the data sheet summarized in practice. Because all the
records are usually for delivery wire reel, there are some differences between
the reel size and the standard reel size, so there are also some differences in
the assembly line length.
