to judge the quality of plastic reels: plastic reels are a kind of packaging
for winding groups. Due to the particularity of their use, there are not only
strength, size requirements, but also weight requirements in terms of quality.
Once the requirements are not met, there will be phenomena such as uneven
winding, bursting, and cover removal, which will cause huge losses to the User
Company or individual. Therefore, ONEREEL plastic reel manufacturers generally
make plastic reels in accordance with national quality regulations.
When the customer uses the plastic reel,
the rotation speed is high, and the tension on the side plate is relatively
large. Judging from the working conditions of the reel, a qualified reel must
meet the following quality requirements for plastic reels:
(1) With the increase of the thickness of
the wound copper wire, the force on the two sides of the reel continues to
increase. In order to prevent the reel from being deformed and bursting, the
reel is required to have a certain strength and rigidity;
(2) In order to ensure uniform winding, the
concentricity of the coil should be within 0.10mm;
(3) Since the weight of the copper wire at
the time of delivery is calculated by deducting the weight of the package after
weighing, the weight tolerance requirements for the wire reel are very high.
For example, the weight of the PC10 wire reel is required to be controlled at
500±2g, and the weight of the PT90 wire reel It is required to be controlled at
3900+30g;
(4) In order to reduce costs, the user unit
requires the reel to be recycled repeatedly.
Spools are not allowed to be loaded
horizontally. Lying flat will loosen the winding of the cable and easily damage
the cable and the cable reel. Power cables are generally wound on cable drums
for transportation, storage and laying.
The short section of cable below 30m can also be rolled into a circle according to the small bending radius not less than the allowable cable, and it should be transported after being tied up at least four places. In the past, the cable reels for mining cables were mostly wooden structures, but now they are mostly steel structures, because the steel structure is relatively strong and not easy to damage, which is very good for protecting the cables, and this kind of cable reel can be reused, which is more economical than wooden cable reels .
