The surface can be anodized. Various colors and hard oxidation can be done according to customer requirements. ONEREEL has a number of patented anodic oxidation technologies and applies them to external processing. ONEREEL provides high-quality hard anodic oxidation external processing services.

Note 1: Uniform distribution of Si and stable mechanical property. Annealed. Heat treated. Stress relieved (SR type).

Note 2: ONEREEL has good corrosion resistance under PCT (Pressure Cooker Test) with high humidity and temperature.

Note 3: ONEREEL applications include Wedge to Wedge bonding.

Note 4: ONEREEL (with ~50ppm Nickel doping) has replaced old Type TABW (without nickel doping).

Note 5: Old Type TABW (without nickel doping) is not recommended for pressure cooker test with high humidity at 260°C.
